If this is what a bunch of unarmed, slave-state mentality spoiled brats will do because their precious, dainty little government gifts have run out of other people's money and they demand the music keep playing (how cute), then what's our excuse for not doing anything.
More importantly, I want to hear from all the gated-community survivalists about how our armed, slave-state mentality spoiled brats will behave once someone in the fedgov puts on their big diapers and starts making the tough decisions.
...well, it is a demonstration and certainly gets the attention of the media, but not what we should wish for on this side of the pond. Demonstrating for the wrong reasons (class warfare) and with wrong intent (give me something for nothing) is pointless.
I despise the very idea of royalty (as any right thinking American should) and Charles is an utter twit but that is their system and they can have it. Let's not go backwards and emulate the Brits!
As to the Sex Pistols, their music sucked, in my opinion. What is there to look up to in the likes of Sid Vicious? A heroin addict who needed to comb his hair and grow up....ah but that is what we are facing here. A bunch of spoiled children who expect to have their demands met whenever they throw a temper tantrum.

This "demonstration" is completely staged. How many of those signs are homemade and how many are mass produced? Begs the question, in my mind, "How many are actually students?" These are commie/anarchists looking for an excuse to destroy the system.

Doesn't matter as to the point of the post, which is unless/until the FreeFor can generate events that garner this kind of media coverage, "demonstrations" should be evaluated for their symbolic value, rather than their practical effectiveness.
