"That Guy Does Not Need To Have Guns"

Another update from RTC on the Tennessee State Police seizure of a 4/19 attendee's legally-transported firearms.

Do you understand yet?

As I mentioned over there yesterday.

"The cop needs to find another job. Maybe teaching preschool in a Marxist environment."

If Loftis keeps his job after this, I would have to assume that it's just how Tennessee troopers WROL. Without Rule Of Law.
It's a little more direct than what the Virginia State Police did, handing out National Instant Check System data to local PDs during a gun show, in violation of federal and state law. I still don't know under what criteria THOSE guys "did not need to have guns," if they passed the instant criminal record check. The VSP doesn't like to talk about it.

So children, let us review what happened here in simple language.

The original stop was dubious and turned out to be a fishing expedition.

The "defendant" foolishly answered all questions and in an attempt to be forthright and helpful even gave unsolicited information.

The defendant then consented to the searched.

Adding insult to the already egregious behavior the defendant's wife was groped by this scumbag bully.

The pig then decides he would like to add a couple of guns to his private collection and figures this guy won't do a damn thing because he lives in Colorado and won't come back to Tennessee to argue this matter.

The pig trumps up some spurious charge and confiscates lawfully owned private property.

The pig then let's his victim go without thanking him for the free guns and for letting him cop a feel on his lovely wife.

Victim now spends x?x hours, money and energy to have some hack attorney write letters to get his property back.

My only question: WHEN DOES THIS SHIT END?

This is not an isolated incident. This type of lawlessness is SOP in Amerika now.

Good recap, KPN.

NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE.

When The Boy went through his Freshman Cadet year, he was allowed "Four Basic Responses" -- four phrases he was permitted to utter to an upper-classman.

(1) Yes Sir.
(2) No Sir.
(3) I do not understand, Sir.
(4) No Excuses, Sir.

That was it.

Period.

ANYTHING else would get him into trouble.

In today's Amerika, The armed, uniformed agents of The State are our "upper-classmen."

Though IANAL, these are **OUR** "Five Basic Responses" -- saying anything else is stupid.

Stupid should HURT -- and in this case, in today's Amerika, probably will.

(1) "I wish to invoke my right to remain silent and would like my Attorney present prior to any further questioning."

(2) "I do not consent to ANY searches, Sir."

(3) "I'd like to leave now - am I free to go?

(4) "Am I being detained?"

(5) "On Suspicion of what crime am I being detained?"

Repeat as necessary.

I offer the cautionary tale of Deputy Dinkheller. The LEOs take away an entirely different message from his fate than we do.
Dinkheller had been reprimanded for his "demeanor" during traffic stops. Was he a "bad apple"? Had the Vietnam vet been hassled over lots of trivial sh-- by LEOs and bottom-feeding politicians not fit to polish his combat boots and reached his limit? Or was he just crazy and itching to kill? Was his "failure to display a valid license plate" due to theft or rusty screws failing? We don't know. We DO know that being told to leave your vehicle and walk back to the police car is never a good thing. Neither is having an UNLOADED gun.

DD:
Sorry, but I cannot, will not address the likes of these traitors as, sir....nor will I ever consider them to be my "upper-class men". Never!

This type of scum, officer Loftis is beneath contempt.

Again I say, rope. Bullets are far too good for traitors.

The Marxists in our society promote this sort of illegal behavior by their storm troopers. Meanwhile, good cops don't dare let their sentiments be known because being associated with OathKeepers can get your children stolen by the state: http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=213149 Remember, the DHS considers patriotic cops and veterans to be terrorists.
