And yes, I know the case will be appealed, it's only one district court opinion, et cetera ad nauseum.

Obamacare insurance payment or MORTGAGE payment? They'll be about the same. Let me think about it. We can't do both.
I think a LOT of people are going to make the emergency room their primary care physician. They'll wait until they HAVE an emergency. Preventive care will be out the window. The cost will be passed on. Unintended consequences.
That even one Judge finds this to be Constitutional condemns the system and reveals how far we have drifted from common sense and Liberty.
That we must even have this discussion is repugnant, and indicts the generations of our Fathers, and their Fathers, for tolerating the premise that this type of Collectivism has a place in our debate. Their inaction and acceptance has placed this (now) well-rooted problem on our plates, lest we deliver our next generation fully into absolute slavery, neatly tied with a bow.
The Collectivists have built an impressive army to do their bidding, though it is all built upon a foundation of sand. Reality will shift the sands through economic collapse or some other vehicle, and there will be a few moments once again when Men will be able to decide how they will live...

In all Cases affecting.... those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction.
A federal judge has zero jurisdiction to hear this case, let alone rule on it.

You give the law power with your consent either voluntary or forced. The beast worked on the illusion we were free and so had voluntary consent for it's fraud.
Now that they've drained Our America they're showing us the Real Deal. Now though they will have to use a lot more force-which is what they've been preparing for all along.
