AP: Weights, PT, And What Has Worked For Me


If you haven't twigged to the concept by now, your physical fitness will determine in large part whether or not you are around to protect those you love during the Collapse.

Being that I was fat and out of shape. I was REAL sick and tired of it.

Soooooo, using proper diet and exercise, I am losing fat and getting into much better physical condition.

Diet - HCG. Look it up. It works, you will change your eating habits, and get healthier, unless you are lazy.

My exercise goes like this:

Six days a week - body weight exercises, grip work, and speed walking.....currently 5 miles a day at 4 mph.

4 days a week - free weights. I'm not going to go into detail, 'cause everyones body is different, and you must work out what works for you.

Considering I'm 61 years old, and have a busted up ol' bod, I'm getting much better.
