Three vignettes from the USSA:
1) Read this story about the deployment of the sonic weapon photographed above at a recent Congressional town hall meeting in California. Opening grafs:
...“Long-range acoustic devices [LRADs] for crowd control can be extremely dangerous. These are used in Iraq to control insurgents. They can cause serious and lasting harm to humans…We want to know WHY our Sheriff Dept has this weapon,” Sal Magallanez of San Diego-based Liberty One Radio said in an e-mail sent to East County Magazine, prompting a joint investigation.
The device was stationed by San Diego County Sheriff deputies at a recent town hall forum hosted by Congresswoman Susan Davis (D-San Diego) in Spring Valley and at a subsequent town hall with Congressman Darrell Issa (R-San Diego). The Davis Rally drew an estimated 1,300-1,500 people, including vocal conservative and liberal protest groups...
2) Beck cites to Balko at Reason for this story on police-executed involuntary blood samples as part of the war on having a couple of beers or bong hits before driving.
"'Listen,' he went on, 'I've been to Germany, and this country is nothing like that. Over there, they make you carry a driver's license, registration, and inspection certification on your vehicle.' I almost laughed at the poor, simple, heavily armed bastard. 'Why, over there, the police are empowered to take blood for DUI tests.'(My interview with an Atlanta cop, May 3, 1992)
This was a new one on me, but I wasn't surprised. At this point I did make the effort to tell him that it wouldn't be too long before such things were commonplace here. He and his partner did laugh at me.
'Oh, no they won't...'"
Okay, okay; so it was seventeen years. Was that "too long"?
3) David Horowitz, via Malone Vandam, explains what the American national socialists have done in only their first few months in office:
...Just eight months into his presidency, however, a new Barack Obama has begun to emerge. With unseemly haste Obama has nearly bankrupted the federal government, amassing more debt in eight months than all his predecessors combined. He has appeased America’s enemies abroad and attacked America’s intelligence services at home. He has rushed forward with programs that require sweeping changes in the American economy and is now steamrolling a massive new health-care program that will give the government unprecedented control of its citizens...
The Bad People have very bad things planned for folks who do not plan to submit.
Let "reciprocity" be your byword.
