Ron Paul is a lone voice crying in the wilderness, worth the other 534 combined.
Sarah Palin said "[WikiLeaks head] Assange is an anti-American operative with blood on his hands. Why was he not pursued with the same urgency we pursue al Qaeda and Taliban leaders?" ?!
Some "rogue" politician. Needs more makeup. The statist is showing through.

Paul did a good job pointing out the contradictions and hypocrisy in his speech.

I am very pleased you posted the link to this very important video of Dr. Paul on the floor of the House of Representativest. This needed to be aired especially in the wake of yesterdays Denninger piece.

I believe Ron Paul to be the only honest member of Congress. He has been consistent throughout his career on every issue.

"Here is a key 10th question Ron Paul failed to ask: Since when does the US have the right to impose its laws on the rest of the world?"

Naturally, the honest answer to this question is a resounding NO!
Sadly, the Neo-cons hold a different view. Their view is also contrary to the intent of the Founders and speaks directly to the hubris of our current foreign policy and the Neo-con worldview. That policy is/has been a disaster....billions spent on "intelligence gathering" and many billions more spent to prop up the huge military-industrial complex. What has it gotten us? Perpetual war for perpetual peace.

What I find so disappointing about the past presidential election was the manner in which Congressman Paul was so horribly disrespected and belittled by members of his own party. He consistently holds to the true principals of Republicanism yet is chastised by the party elites. This speaks volumes about their interests and action.
