As long as the military remains in power, the NWO can't set up another dictator. The U.S. will do anything it has to do to keep stirring the pot and starting another mideast war is just fine if it follows NWO doctrine for the region.

Well, martial law by military junta is almost as good as a single dictator. And Egypt now has a Mubarak sycophant as de facto leader.
