The busybody megalomaniacs are still out there, with their "common-sense alternatives" to everything that works just fine the way it is.
Be vigilant.
Speaking of the value of human life:
"Attorney Eric Hessler said he witnessed an interview in which a [New Orleans] police captain said then-deputy superintendent Warren Riley told officers to "take the city back and shoot looters." Hessler said Capt. Henry Mendoza made the statement this week to two FBI investigators, indicating the conversation with Riley took place two or three days after Katrina struck on Aug. 29." -- AP
By all means comment on this proposed rule that is to be force on US citizens by a govenment agency staffed by NON-ELECTED officials. This is another example of the tyrrany that is now too commonplace in this era of Progressive rule of the US by the Obama administration.

Sure, this might be back on the radar again after November. I wouldn't rule anything out.
Most people reading this probably won't remember this from the 1990s: but maybe taggants in bulk smokeless powder will be up again, too. The technology might have caught up with their desire to do so by now.
