Apostates Of Liberty

Alvie explains.

If you haven't been keeping track of who is whom, best start doing so.

Consequences are generally earned.

I can not stand to even look at these charlatans...just like I can not stand to look at the current occupant of the White House and his predecessors. All of them with wide smiles as they live large for the service thy have provided.

Sickening!

I listen every day to all three of these gentlemen. While I consider Hannity and Rush Republican hacks, I do find real info from Beck.

You can say what you will of these guys. Understand that I find fault with all of them. However, I do believe that they are doing their part.

They ain't picking up a gun, but neither are you.

Don't know that I'd throw Beck as far under the bus with them.

He helped 9/12 project. Had the 8/28 rally and now is helping this get going: http://www.glennbeck.com/2011/02/14/freedom-connector-get-organized

His mistake is that he thinks we can win this the way Ghandi beat the British in India. I wish he were right but know he's wrong.

Beck reveres Lincoln. 'nuff said.

Rush endorses PATRIOT. 'nuff said.

Hannity...'nuff said.

There are very few who see the world as does the III Patriot. If our Founders and Framers were alive today, they'd be killed or imprisoned for their views by the Establishment.

The only national level Patriot on the scene that even comes close to our Founders is Judge Napolitano, in my opinion. Alan Keyes comes close.

Too many people have too much invested in the Status Quo to ever risk victory for either side.

That's a real good point Scott.

Beck and Hannity have the ability to bring a lot of folks together in a designated place at a designated time. That's powerful no matter what the message. Personally, I can't quibble with their messages in general.

And what of our message and our ability to bring a lot of folks together at a designated place and time? RTC? Siege on D.C? Dismal failures to say the least.

Whether you like it or not, those guys have cache'. And while their message is not perfect, I'm kinda glad they're around. I'd like to think if they weren't, by this time we would all be hunted down.

It might be best to quit looking for a hero and look inside. I know I am. It scares the hell out of me, but that's what I'm doing. As that introspection transpires, I think I'll cling to whatever ally can provide me assistance.

At the and of the day, I'd rather be ironing out my differences with Hannity, Limbaugh and Beck than, well, you know, those people.

And if you do not march in perfect ideological goose step. If you do not focus on what we say you should. You also will be raked over the coals on WRSA.

More and more the posts here read like you all want to act like the SEIU and George(I love the Führer) Soros.

"Rush could be the George Soros of the right."
Anyone study how the Anarchist movement helped put Hitler And Mao in power?
See why becoming like the enemy is not a good idea?

As you adopt their methods do not be surprised when you adopt their philosophy. And then commit their crimes.

Happy D:

Are you serious?

Did you read Alvie's piece?

"Raked over the coals"?

If you question that each of these three have not fully utilized their mass-media influence for the cause of freedom, I'd like to hear your reasons for saying so.

Yes I did read it, fifth time now. Most of the comments as well.
I was questioning what has become more and more a dictatorial tendency on this and related blogs. To demand a leftist like ideological purity and conformity.
Most usually in a post related to these three.

While we all agree gunwalker is a major scandal and act of treason others may not.

They could also be so busy with other issues that one or all may not know about it. Or understand it. Or they may not know how to handle it yet.
It has been a busy news cycle recently.
You could try your luck and call in to their shows.

They just may not agree with what you see as the best way to use their influence. It is their choice what they do.

Perhaps shadowfox24 put it best over at Alvie's.
"What he refuses to do is to do it for you! He's not going to fund your movements for you. He's not going to get signatures for your petitions for you. He's not going to make your phone calls for you and he's not going to pressure your elected officials for you. Physician heal thyself! aka If you want action then be the action!"

Without Rush we would not be as well off as we are today.
Without Hannity much could have been lost long ago.
Beck has brought more attention in the last years to the freedom agenda than many that proclaim their importance.
Who will not meet your standards next? David, Mike, Or maybe Alvie?

Go to Mike's and read
Denethor's Trap: "Becoming your enemy is not the way to win."
and stand warned.

Uh... For the record. I don't find any ideological goose step going on here. No one appears to be telling me what to think. And, I don't find any raking over the coals of anybody.

"Beck reveres Lincoln. 'nuff said."

Could be worse he could revere Confederate Slaver hypocrites like Gen. Albert Sidney Johnston et al., who fought against popular sovereignty in the so called "Utah war".
Only to fight for a Slaver version of it during the Civil War.

Mr. Mullenax it is a rare but increasing trend around here.

Just question the orthodox view of some controversial event.
Police with a warrant shooting a dog after announcing their presence for example.
Or participants of this blog assigning negative motives to people that are at least partially with us with no evidence of such dark motivations. Rush, Hannity, Beck, Palin, and so on.

Go to the original cliffsofinsanity post that started this and read the comments to see this at its worst.
The revisionist history slant that is now on display over there never has lead any place good.

Now if you all do not mind I would like to go read the Sultan Knish: The Taxpayer's Civil War that Concerned American Posted I have been trying to start reading it all day.
