When I was going through Aviation Officer Candidate School, the drill instructor would call us a 'bunch of individuals' when he REALLY wanted to insult us. How things have changed!
Good stuff I LMAO (please don't be that guy).
I discuss various things with people I have a relationship with about our current condition in subtle ways and they still kinda give you that LOOK.
I just say it's ok it's not for everybody.
