The TSA Touches Our Constitutional Junk

An essential read from Gates of Vienna; key sample:

***
...In his assertion that the Fourth Amendment must be suspended, Mo McGowan speaks [in the video above] matter-of-factly. His evident unconcern is not due to his being evil — banal or otherwise — but because he is used to it. The government has been able to override the Constitution at will for as long as he or any other living person can remember. Whenever the Constitution got in the way of doing his job, why, he just had to push it aside. It was no big deal — everybody did it.

In order for this situation to change, the American people will have to stage a really big ruction of some sort (WRSA - emphasis added). To get an idea of how big, consider this: there are about fifteen million federal employees in addition to our elected representatives and federal judges (WRSA note: this number is wrong, although the idea is spot-on). Every single one of them has a vested interest in the extra-constitutional status quo, and together they control the armed forces, federal law enforcement, the IRS, and the power of the purse. Virtually all high-level federal administrators will dig in their heels to resist any attempt by We the People to reclaim the Constitution...
***

And virtually every single one of those FedGov parasites scoffs at you and any idea of limiting their power.

If they think of you at all.

They do not respect you.

They certainly do not fear you.

They are winning.

And they plan to continue in the same Leviathan-growing manner as the past 75 years...

Remember this dialogue from The Untouchables?

Malone: You said you wanted to get Capone. Do you really wanna get him? You see what I'm saying is, what are you prepared to do?

Ness: Anything within the law.

Malone: And *then* what are you prepared to do? If you open the can on these worms you must be prepared to go all the way. Because they're not gonna give up the fight, until one of you is dead.

Ness: I want to get Capone! I don't know how to do it.

Malone: You wanna know how to get Capone? They pull a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. *That's* the *Chicago* way! And that's how you get Capone. Now do you want to do that? Are you ready to do that? I'm offering you a deal. Do you want this deal?

Ness: I have sworn to capture this man with all legal powers at my disposal and I will do so.

Malone: Well, the Lord hates a coward.
[jabs Ness with his hand, and Ness shakes it]

Malone: Do you know what a blood oath is, Mr. Ness?

Ness: Yes.

Malone: Good, 'cause you just took one.

What are you willing to do to live as a free American?

'Cuz you're gonna need to do that and a helluva lot more to even stand a chance against these filthy vermin.

Think on that a while.

You ARE being heard! Some airports are thinking about getting rid of TSA probers and hiring private-sector security screeners, who would have an incentive to be polite, considerate and as uninvasive as possible.

The airports can APPLY to "Opt out! We have an Opt-out!" of the government-run TSA program. Apply TO the government.
Of course.
Thanks, CA. I KNEW it sounded too easy.

Illusionist Penn Gillette describes a close encounter with the TSA and what he did afterward. He says the local cops have no love for them.

Private security must also follow the same procedures as required by TSA. Your molester will get a friendlier face. Chains resting lightly, you know?

Yes, to opt-out means they can contract one of five approved private security companies, but they will still apply the same standards, procedures, etc. They just might do it more politely with a smile on their face.

Even if they were to opt-out, Standards and Practices would be dictated by TSA...so the best for which one could hope would be a private sector smile on the guy feeling your junk, rather than a TSA smirk.

If I owned an airline I would create "opt-out" only flights and charge a premium. Those that want to give up liberty for security could have the TSA screenings and all be on their own flight on a different plane.

You'd probably have a better flight as like minded people are grouped together.

Additionally, Mr. Bomb Up My @$$ would probably get profiled a little easier by security and by the passengers on the non-TSA screened flight.

Let the free market decide.

ALERT!

Watch the other hand folks!

Here’s the real story we should be watching: Go to http://newzeal.blogspot.com/
scroll down and watch the video from the CEO of the John Birch Society:

EXPOSING TERRORISM: Inside the Terror Triangle

to understand better the relationship between Islamic radicalism, International/Soviet/Communist expansionism and DHS/TSA tactics/techniques, The Patriot Act, etc. etc.

It’s all designed to circumvent our constitution and eventually eliminate our civil rights by conditioning WE THE PEOPLE to voluntarily give up our civil rights in the interest of security (false security at that!).

Then check out http://www.jbs.org and http://www.exposingterrorism.com for more info.

This really makes sense to me and especially note the part about the U.S. Government’ s official goal of helping create a NEW WORLD ORDER in the report from George H.W. Bush’s administration (The National Security Strategy of the U.S. @ about 15:20 in the video)!!

Folks, things are worse than even we think I fear!

I PRAY I’M WRONG!!

And the Government rebuttal, also couched in a movie quote:

"Then he showed those men of will what will really was. He lets the last Hungarian go. He waits until his wife and kids are in the ground and then he goes after the rest of the mob. He kills their kids, he kills their wives, he kills their parents and their parents' friends. He burns down the houses they live in and the stores they work in; he kills people that owe them money."

That's how hard The System will fight to stay alive.

TWO questions,
First for Defender...
Does it matter if the finger in your rectum belongs to a .gov perv or a perv for hire?

Second for whoever:
So, all points agreed on, but who starts the shooting and whom do they first target? When does the flag go up?

I just realized something when watching the former TSA official.

He's right - we MUST waive the rights described in the Fourth Amendment when we board a plane, because we've always been at war with Eastasia.

@Anonymous: "He's right - we MUST waive the rights described in the Fourth Amendment when we board a plane"

The Clash said it best:

Number One: You have the right not to be killed. Murder is a crime. Unless it is done by a policeman, or an aristocrat.

Number Two: You have the right to food money. Provided of course, you don't mind a little humiliation, investigation, and, if you cross your fingers, rehabilitation.

Number Three: You have the right to free speech. As long as you're not dumb enough to actually try it.

Know your rights.

These are your rights.

Sent to me by my BIL:

This has to be one of the greatest ideas I've heard......... and I'm sure that someone could figure out
how to do it!

Here's a simple solution to the controversy over full-body scanners at airports.

Develop an enclosed booth that passengers step into but , instead of X-raying them, when the door
closes, it will detonate any explosive device they have hidden on or in their body.

The explosion will be contained within the sealed booth. This would be a win-win for everyone!

There would be no more concern about racial profiling.

The booth would eliminate long, expensive trials.

You're in the airport and you hear a muffled explosion, followed by an announcement over the PA system,
"Attention standby passengers, we now have a seat available on flight number..."

What's not to like?

Brilliant...

And the resulting lawsuit would bankrupt your fledgling airline. State or no state, society is still utterly beholden to the leftist ideal of non-discrimination.

The feds have made it plain that the groping will go on regardless of how loudly the people complain. The only thing one can really do against this is not fly.

And how does "Society" get to make rules for air travelers? Communism! You can name it "State", "Society", or "We the people"; it's all the same idea. When libertarians tell you to reject majority rule and cease voting, that's only the minimum change to put you barely over the line onto the side of liberty.
