I Am Detained By The Feds For Not Answering Questions
Read it all, along with this supplemental post. Pay special attention in both pieces by the cringing, lickspittle "Amuricans" who insist that cowering submission to governmental authoritah is the only proper course of action.
Lee Greenwood, that's your cue.
Do you understand yet?

My Country My Ass!
You want open borders, then get a law passed and remove those who you think are violating your rights. Im sure only the non violators will try to enter.
If you want the borders controled and violators caught, you are going to have to accept being a US citizen has some responsibilities to the country instead of just being a selfish asshat.
You can have one or the other, both is not going to happen. Who do you think catches the imposters and warrants and smugglers at the border? Guess who catches the known terrorists at the border?
You can have one or the other, either you accept that traveling with a US Govt document is not a right, it is a privilege ( ask anyone who is behind in child support who is attempting to exit the country to avoid arrest for non payment of child support)and that if you exit the country you do so with the realization you have your 4th and 5th amendment suspended until you and your effects are allowed to re enter the US.
Thats how they find drugs, bugs, terrorist weapons, you know the unimportant things which violate your rights.
I know, lets send all of CBP home and use the honor system. No terrorist or criminal will ever lie and say they wont do anything illegal.
I read this and saw this shortly after.
You get one kind of enforcement or another. Not both.

Uhhh...you DO know that you learn to cooperate with border personnel as part of Bad Guy 101 school, right?
In other words, the people the system is designed to catch know to submit to the petty indignities resisted by the author.
So tell me again how well CBP is doing its job?
Sounds like a system designed for failure.

Act like a serf, and be treated like a serf.
Not me pal.
One of the harder lessons to teach is that "you NEVER cooperate with the authorities", not ever.
The victim mentions Martha Stewart, I'll add Rod Blagojevich also. Now I don't like either one particularly, they're both anti-self defense leftists, but both were convicted for "lying to federal agents" and nothing more.
That's a police state charge.
We live in a fascist state, make no mistake about that, it is a fact. Those attempting to rationalize these police state thugs disgust me.
We are at war with the US government already, make no mistake about that either.
Note that records of your travels will be kept for up to 75 yrs after you die. Your 'sins' will pass to your progeny.
An ICE agent told me that Airport Immigration and customs are bored so they hassle people for entertainment.
Have the last laugh, that fat pension he is planning on collecting when he is 50 aint gonna be worth anything.
the number of craven, submissive slave mentality posts is depressingly large. I guess it has always been thus. Sad, but so much for the "land of the free, and home of the brave."
Fortunately for me, I have the pleasure of telling the TSA, DHS and the airlines where they can put their "security!" You see, I will never again fly on a commercial airline, pass through the Gestapo at an airport, or travel outside this country. I have had this philosophy sine just after 9/11/2001, when I was nearly arrested at the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport by military personnel carrying M-16s. My car was searched, and a Gerber multi-tool was confiscated. I then had the pleasure of going through airport security, where I was nearly strip-searched (and relieved of a nail clipper), had my carry-on rummaged through, and then wanded by some ugly gorilla.
And now they have passports that can be tracked by RF/GPS. I don't have to travel for business, don't have any wish to leave the U.S., and I have found that travelling by AmTrak is almost painless. If I can't drive or take the train, I ain't going.
And I'll take my chances with the power-hungry cops I happen across. And BTW, CBP sux! Granny gets strip-searched, while the underwear bomber flies coach with no worries. Security, my ass!
"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Todays average American is scared to death of the personal responsibilty that goes along with FREEDOM.
We all loose.............

Just another day in the life of bored government agents, that guy did a good job though, annoying CBP and TSA is a way of waking them up which can help them do their job better. We should get people doing this all the time, that way the life of these gov agents will never be so dull that they can harass people at random.
