THIS is how you deal with a tool of the State
1st Amendment, slip sliding away.
Though I don't count Michael Savage as a friend of the 2nd Amendment, it appears from what I've heard him speak he's all but been shut out of England and I've only heard about this from what snippets of his show I've caught.
Who are these people at the FTC coming up with this? (Cass Sunstien?) And why do they care so much about celebrities on commercials? I just mute commercials anyway, but these people seem to think it's worth paying employees to write 10's or 100's of pages of legaleze regulations about it.
