VDH: The American Soviet
Read Doc Hanson's lastest.
Think.
Gather more facts.
Read more accurate world history materials.
Synthesize.
From that work product, lay out probabilities for the future here in the former US of A.
Got any fact-based good ones?
I'm dry.

Damn, was that good and posted. Reminded me of his Two California's post. Now, if he would just get set straight on the Late Unpleasantness...
As long as there is anyone interested in and craving, liberty, there is a chance. When we can't see the distant thunderheads or wind, the rain still comes. Remember, the point is not the spear, and the spear is not the point? I believe that just about everything we see, hear, and do, has ripples, and riddles, that we do not know. We go on. And others will.
Hanson should stick with what he actually knows about, his version of neoconism is painful to observe.
He's very good on immigration issues, particularly those in California of which he's a native, or grew up there, and thoroughly versed. He knows the actors and their activities very well.
On foreign policy, he's worse than a know-nothing.

Ripples...I like that.
Probabilities for the future? The Western Roman Empire, circa 400-450 AD.
On foreign policy, he's worse than a know-nothing.
Please elaborate.
I thought it was a powerful essay that absolutely captures what is going on in this country right now.
Soviet...darn I wish I would have thought about that. We all KNOW we are living and mouthing lies but we go on because it is so deadly to go against the tide....
Until it isn't. That is the key, one day the tide will change. It will change on the efforts of one man. We don't know who he is. He doesnt know either. But one day he will stand up and declare in a voice heard around the world that the emperor has no clothes and then the fight will be well and truly on.
Hanson SHOULD stick to what he knows, but it obviously isn't history. Anyone who has ever read his rambling, poorly researched, narrow minded view on the subjects he chooses shouldn't be surprised at the claptrap he tosses out in this rant....
Just for consideration in light of the piece posted on "The American Soviet", it's not such a new or far fetched idea.

The above outlines a model for a global soviet....
Some interesting quotes that provide at least anecdotal foundational validity to the premise presented:
By David Rockefeller: "We are on the verge of global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order"
"Some even believe we (the Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure--one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it"
Memoirs, p.405
"We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promise of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The super-national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries."
And, of course, this one:
On February 17, 1950, James Paul Warburg confidently declared to the United States Senate: “We will have world government whether we like it or not. The only question is whether that government will be achieved by conquest or consent.”
Now, folks can 'poo-poo' the premise of the piece at their leisure. Point of fact is that we are in the midst of global upheaval, and our national upheaval is only a part of it. Facts folks, facts indicate this current situation has been purposely aimed for since before most of us reading this blog were even a twinkle in our Daddy's eye. For more anecdotal evidence that we're screwed, I'd suggest a viewing of the following: Agenda, the movie. You can see the trailers and do what you think is best at "www.agendathemovie.com".
Remember that old saying made famous in a Steven Seagal move, "Chance favors the prepared mind"?
It's true.
Doc Enigma, we know, or should know, all about David Rockefeller's prognostications.
That's why the Rockefeller family is a integral part of the Gun Confisctication Lobby and all of the rest.
Needless to say, we have the power to make David Rockefeller's dreams become hollow and frail.
We are the three percent that can stop it.
Hanson isn't a part of us.
