Fantastic
And a great way to interrupt command and control. Shoot the important looking ones, wearing clean uniforms, binoculars, or looking particularly well-fed. And be sure and get the NCOs' too. If the band is civilian, go after the ones looking like they're giving directions, or discipline, or wearing bling or stylish stuff.
