Glad I'm not the only one thinking along these lines. Thanks for the links.

Our Constitution has become so much toilet paper. It is apparent that this regime (it is not a government, as far as I'm concerned) will do anything it wants, and it is almost inviting someone to start something.
I know everything I need to know about "Ft. Sumpter" and "firing the first shot" but at what point do these cretins get their come-uppance while doing nothing more violently than arresting everyone who gets in their way? What exactly constitutes "firing the first shot?" If in fact it IS an actual shot?
If this keeps up, there will be no one left to fire any shots.
JV is new to me, thanks for sharing.
It's sort of like talking to your kids about drugs or sex - you know you have to do it and avoiding it isn't going to change that fact. We as a country have to have this conversation but I'm afraid we are just too immature to handle the insight said conversation will bring.
I agree with TPaine - they're salivating at the thought of all these "wingnuts" breaking.
Why'd MSNBC fire Keith Olbermann? I bet it's because he isn't incendiary enough. They want to get everyone worked into such a lather that they all snap at once, hoping we're too busy arguing amongst ourselves over Democrat v Republican to notice they robbed us blind, poisoned us, and burned our Constitution.
It is a sad fate for such a great country. But I don't have to tell you all that.
@TPaine: "If this keeps up, there will be no one left to fire any shots."
I think that's the plan. The world ends not with a bang, but with a whimper. Tough to blame anyone for not firing - long odds, serious risk of loss, and no promise of success, even if you win.
