Loughner was pulled over for running a red light that morning. No warrants or other warnings came up when the officer ran his ID and he let him go with a warning.
Repeat offender death threat maker. Mom works in city government and says he's a good boy, just hanging with the wrong crowd. Oops, he HAS no friends. Well, he's always been so SENSITIVE. When that nut would disrupt class with his bizarre outburst, it would scare... wait a minute, that WAS him.
