A U.S. District Court judge in Virginia has denied Liberty University's lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare's mandate. He says whether or not I have health insurance "affects interstate commerce."
If one subscribes to the Butterfly Effect interpretation of the Interstate Commerce Clause, there isn't anything that doesn't.
I see that a couple of MILLION people's unemployment benefits will run out by February, including their COBRAed health insurance from their former jobs.
That's a lot of people who are going to have to decide: mandatory insurance, or mortgage payment? Bureaucrats' diktats, or baby food?
Could be the spark.
Lets hope so Defender this spark would have the suport of the majority of the the American Citizenry.

Excellent that this truth is getting out. Cuba is a cesspool.
I grew up in South Florida in the 60s, where Cubans would routinely show up on the beaches of the mainland and the Keys. They had strapped together any few pieces of junk they could find that would float, so they could get out of that hell hole. Many didn't make it, and fed the sharks off the Keys' reefs, or Cuba's own reefs.
You can tell what kind of paradise it was by that alone.
