I hope people are paying attention - some are waking up, but how many????

His mistake was not standing up, it was sitting down in the first place.
Nicely done! But against the reality of superior ground equipment, UCAVs, FLIR, CARNIVORE, and data mining of all financial records (automated search programs that could easily shut off electrical spurs and gas pipelines on a tipping point prior to search and seizure) only en masse will - we're talking iron blood - could have any hope of making more than a dentin the new order.
I pray, earnestly, that a time would never come where those dice would need to be cast; but like so many generations before us, who saw all they loved and believed in, built and celebrated dismantled brick by brick, ethic by ethic, drowned in patient propaganda that lasted years till all that was durable and true and "common sense" was scorned, suspect and vilified, when corruption and lies became the norm for governance they knew they would abandon all that was comfortable and safe and warm and rise up and say "No! This ends now!"
Plato is proven correct once again, in the fate of republics. The only question remaining is can the progression to tyranny be halted, then unmade and reversed by peoples of character, conscience, and wisdom drawn from the neighbors and friends amongst us - or will we see a new boss, even worse than the old?
As, I believe it was Rockefeller once said, "When there's blood in the streets, it's time to buy real estate!" Predatory opportunists must surely be watching this develop with deep pockets of gold.
