Additional PT Resources


Here are some additional ways you can drive weakness from your mind and body.

You are doing PT a minimum of 3X/week, right?

The other guy is.

And he knows what he wants.

  1. Yeah... lots of PT right now. Generous portions of calisthenics, and a hike every morning with a 40 lb pack.

    I take Sundays off, but Monday thru Saturday I hike that pack. It has done wonders for my wind and my 50 yr old legs.

  2. I just restarted my PT regimen recently. Ran 3 miles yesterday and found out I'm not as hard-assed as I used to be, but there's still a hard ass under that lard somewhere.

    Good times...

  3. Weights, walking/jogging 4x a week. Carry garden water in 5 gal pails 200 ft 2x a week, 3 trips each time. Other stuff as well living on 7 acres. CA, thanks for all you do. God bless.

  4. Body weight exercises 6 days a week.

    Free weights 4 days a week.

    Walking 6 days a week, currently 4 miles a day at 4mph.

    So far have lost 50 lbs since Dec. 4.

    Not bad for an old fart.

    Taking out ALL of the tools today and burning powder.
