  1. Could not have imagined that I would live long enough to witness the end of Liberty. I read about this and my heart sank. Not so much because I could not believe it but because it is a sign of the times.

Change is as they say the only constant. This only confirms what I have thought for a very long time.

We will not be fighting to restore our Republic, or to keep it. Rather to build anew...

  2. I also like Alvie's take on the Cliffs as well.

All this goes to show that defense-at-home in these situations is not nearly as viable an option as retaliation-after-the-fact-at-the-bad-guy's-home.

Let's start getting realistic here, please!

    Please.

  3. The cops attitude is like when Caroline Kennedy wanted to be appointed Senator,"just because". This may be the cause of a number of "police" (as in Nazi) officers coming down with a thing called, "buckshot rash", or "sucking chest wound syndrome". But it's a different story, when the mfs' are coughing up blood......

  4. Well, I don't think the Indiana boys are gonna give up on this one. Several meetings taking place...

Without revealing some possible gameplans (all legal and political) all I'll say at this point is that the 4th is still in place due to the Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution-as long as it still counts??

    Keep your powder dry.

  5. ....so goes the world...

Aggravation with myself and others faced with being strangers in our own land still sitting here waiting on something to happen.

Yeah its happening alright, we are being out foxed and laughed at with every blasted turn of the screw.

  6. There are still those, ostensibly on our side, that make the claim that the government(s) are made up of us.

Those from the founding period knew better, referring to government officers as separate and distinct from the people.

This is the way it's always been folks, it is not new.

As Alvie says, the court merely brought the law into alignment with practice.

    Got tribes, yet?

  7. Rhodes,
    spot on!!!
There seems no solution to this anymore. Can't vote this away, just sit and wait as the walls close in and the idiot masses dictate via the TV how we shall live from now on. What a future! '1984' and 'V' becoming a reality as we speak(type?).

  8. The ruling is even worse thant it appears. Because people in IN now have no right to resist LEOs entering the home illegally, the ruling gives enterprising criminals a blueprint on how to stage home-invasion robberies.

  9. The only answer is if we become No Tyranny Zones. Question is just how effective can or will you be in enforcing?

  12. It gets worse, check out the Indiana Sheriff that wants the random house searches to begin.

  13. "And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if... We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward."
    — Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

    Have we come to this?

  14. Fearless prediction:

Number of Indiana Supreme Court justices, their families, or enablers in media, academia, or politics, of their families, that will end up chopped up in the trunks of their own cars: 0

Keep crying about it on the internet, faggots. God forbid you do anything about it.
