The Art Of Strategic Citizenship - Part III
Takuan Seiyo posts the third installment of his ongoing work at Gates of Vienna.
An excerpt:
***
...What we have is the OODA Loop, the firewood under the cauldron, the round stones rolling down the mountain. Following “Observe” is “Orient.” “Orient” means, first, recognizing that old categories are now obsolete.
It’s not Right or Left, capitalist or socialist, White or Black, “White” or Jew, Catholic or Protestant. There is only the Freedom People and its hostile co-dweller, the Equality People. The latter’s government and global business sponsors provide the main jaw in the crushing vise.
Progressives are bona fide Equalitans, but it would be a mistake to consider Conservatives as ipso facto Freedomians. It’s necessary to observe that there are vastly different ethnic and occupational ratios in these two peoples, and to orient strategic action toward those differences. In that lies the opportunity to achieve something that would pass Sun Tzu’s muster.
The answer, as many have said, lies in separation, but it has only something to do with the common advice that “Whites” move to “Red” states and so save White Majority America. The small issue lies in liberty-loving Constitutionalists being able to achieve self-government and conserve what remains of America. But there are much larger issues at stake.
In the balance hangs the future of Western Civilization...

Part I is here, and part II is here.
Read it all, and if you disagree with his premises, detail thoughtfully why in the comments below.
I just re-read Parts 1 & 2, and read part 3.
ReplyDeleteSmall wonder there are no comments and I do not pretend to be able to do so.
Such encyclopedic knowledge, depth of understanding and eloquence can only be acknowledged as such with reverence, gratitude and awe.
Observe. Orient. Decide. Act.
Patiently and rigorously.
For most of us, criticism or analysis (nitpicking)of Takuan Seiyo's writing would be akin to trying to finalize the unified field theory, which eluded even Einstein.

So, disregarding my own comments above, I offer the following:
ReplyDeleteThings really are that far gone. Takuan's analysis leaves no room for doubt on that score.
There is not "gonna be a fight,"...
We are, and have been, in a fight for a century.
Let's win...
or at least deny the Enemy the victory.
Let his dream become as ashes in his mouth, and as empty as his soul.

Unlike the Libertarians, the Freedomians recognize that what was best about America came from a specific American people. That people was 90% White, construed by Anglo-Saxon-Scottish ideas and norms of conduct, and largely led by Anglo-Protestants.
ReplyDeleteDo you really think the true entrepreneurial lifespan-increasing successes of America were caused by genetics rather than culture and values?
It’s not Right or Left, capitalist or socialist, White or Black, "White" or Jew, Catholic or Protestant.
It never was. All of that was a distraction, exploiting the human instinct for forming genetic-appearance-based tribes rather than behavior-performance-based ones. The world is too big to make decisions with instincts tuned to track the distribution of your genes inside a tribe of 150 individuals.
The first potion of the essay is good political analysis. The second portion of the essay is racist religious conservative nonsense. There is no argument that connects the second part to the first part, the speaker just changes topics to hating on foreigners. It’s still not Right or Left, Republican or Democrat, White or Mexican, "White" or Arab, Catholic or Protestant.
Seiyo's writting style is brisk and at times can captivate the reader's imagination like a Bob Dylan lyric!
ReplyDeleteHe is a bit long winded but makes some very valid points despite some flaws. I suspect that whatever break-up/chaos we see in the future, people will stick to the standard lines of blood and soil. Race, kinship, tribe mean more than some ethereal view about freedom. Soil, turf, homestead are worth fighting for not some illusion of building a better world.

Nothing to disagree about, facts are stubborn things.
ReplyDeleteI made it thought part one @ lunch, will read part 2 & 3, this evening.
ReplyDeleteThe dumbing down of the planet, is something I never gave much thought to. But, my sisters mother-in-law always says, "those who should have more kids don't, and those who shouldn't do."
My siblings and I, all had two children, we should of had more.....
One of my regrets I'm afraid.

WTF is this racist BS?
ReplyDeleteRacism in all forms is collectivist. All I see is one racist collectivist (Takuan) ranting against other communist collectivists. Both are a waste of my valuable fucking time.
Culture matters. Race doesn't. Takuan is a useful idiot.
I tend to agree with the last comment.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that he is quick to throw blacks under the collective bus, but not jews for their liberalism. Culture is important, and there is going to be a fight.
The fight is inevitable, and my plan remains for me and my kin to survive the first die off, not much else makes sense.
