Simians

Reflections on ape behavior, from two observers:

Fred Reed: Monkey Trap

The Chimps Are Flinging Poo

Any interest in starving these beasts?

It's not a rhetorical question.

  1. From the first article linked:

"Note that China has that perfect government, an intelligent dictatorship concerned with advancing the country."

WTF? That guy seems to be angling for the Friedman/Duranty Award for Commie-cuddling. I think he just left tonsil marks on every Statist in history's junk.

  4. Seriously, everyone needs to BUY A RIFLE and SIGHT IT IN.

It will cost you some money. You'll be $2500 in without blinking. But you NEED TO DO IT.

Put it on a credit card if you have to. Get your rifle, get your ammo, and at least get it on target. Please!

The time is coming, and we'll need to band together.

  5. St. James,

If you had some experience with Fred Reed's commentary, you'd know that he's not a fan of government. Thus, when he says "perfect government," it means something more. That said, the US government has been hell-bent on reducing our nation and its people, and China has been doing the opposite, well, with the caveat that they don't respect their people's human rights and little details like that. They might worry about that in 200 years or so. Asia is pretty easy to understand.

  6. Our gov't caters to every single socialist special interest group and never worries about the big picture, working for the common good. Getting attention to all these stupid libtard organizations seems to be the biggest goal of gov't today, takes attention off the grand scale theft and corruption. But as history will show, when this all collapses, there's no tit left to suckle from. Watch them die like flies. The best part will be the look of shock when their messiah isn't there to rescue them.

  7. I'll echo Some Guy, Jimmy. Fred Reed is a hard-boiled, sarcastic fellow. And when he said, "Perfect government," he meant it the same way one would mean "a perfect storm."
