We've had six years to manufacture "standard capacity" magazines (I refer to the Lollyberg magazine as reduced capacity) with few, if any markings on them.
We need the equipment used to manufacture them, I don't know exactly what that is, distributed widely and then used to continue to manufacture these magazines should Lollyberg's bill become law.
I don't think it will, but the ruling class is unpredictable when one of their own is killed or injured.
