From Across The Pond: 'They have lost their fear, so we must lose ours'

Read Richard North's piece from Sunday's UK Daily Mail, then this post from Autonomous Mind.

Close with this recap from Richard's EU Referendum blog; don't miss the embedded links.

Might the Brits actually be reaching a breaking point?

One can hope.

Freedom.

  1. Good on 'em.

I can recall one time that a bunch of Brits reached a breaking point with their government. We got America out of the deal.

Resist. Even across the pond in Britain. Choose to be free.

  2. Except THEY do not even have what little is left of OUR 2nd Amendment.

  3. They want SERVICES in return for those exorbitant taxes they pay?
Maybe now they understand the Irish Republicans a little better. Being insignificant second-class citizens sucks. And it's not even invading Muslims pushing them down into dhimmitude, but their own neighbor elites.
I wish them well. Too bad they didn't realize that once you turn in the guns, nobody HAS to listen to you ever again.

  4. There's a way to go yet. But, for sure, there is everything to play for in the UK.

Politically Britain is a major player in the "international community" so when things shift dramatically here - and I'm convinced they will - it will have a very big impact.

  5. I thought they'd had enough with the Muslims, but when it comes down to the binmen, well, that's time for a fight. Hope they get their revolution taken care of, maybe teach us a thing or two on dealing with unruly civil servants.

  6. Even if they do awaken and decide to push back, they've royally screwed themselves by being disarmed.

  7. It is not freedom they seek. It is the regular services to which they feel entitled. They want their gov cheese and they want it without delay.

  8. They've mostly lost their fear of us here, as well. With what's coming, fear does not even begin to describe what they will have of me. I will give them a story to tell.

  9. Great new word in the first piece: SHAMBOLIC. I may use it sans attribution.
