Barbara.Terrell@atf.gov has heard from me. No regulation without representation! I didn't vote for anyone at ATF. That January activation of the regulation... I was thinking. Is January 2, when the stock market opens again after New Year's, going to be a MAJOR reminder that guns are a very good investment? Be wary, be wary, of the fifth of January.
Right with ya, Brass. I did it for all the clueless stay-at-homes who jump whenever a government mouse squeaks. I have a live trap for the occasional mouse in my house. I take them to the edge of the woods and let them go. Killing inedible creatures is against my nature. Sometimes they insist on running not into the safety of the woods but into the neighbor's yard, where a little Yorkie terrier awaits, and get their little bodies crunched. Oh well.
They are not going to listen, they may be testing the waters for now, but eventually one way or another they are going to cram it down our throats.... BTW.... in the photo... Is her hair evidence?
Yeah, when did Marge Simpson go over to the Dark Side?
It must have been an emergency raid. No time to adjust the coiffure. Word came down that those handguns were conspiring to... uh, planning to... lie there in a safe, thereby interfering with interstate commerce. Yeah, that's it!
Why does ATF want to know about sales of 2 or more 100 year old 1907 Winchester Rifles? Or Model 8 Remington rifles? WWII M1 Carbines? FN 49 rifles? WWII G43 rifles? Model 1903 Mannlicher Carbines? Model 1907 Dreyse .32 ACP Carbines? 1900 Luger Carbines? Remington 742 hunting rifles?
This appears to be an ATF “fishing expedition” just to see how many more registration records they can add to registration records already stored at the ATF National Tracing Center….

Done.
ReplyDeleteI have made myself quite a nuisance today.
I may even go buy an evil rifle today. Actions such as this make me think one may be valuable in the future.
Justin
we've fallen and can't get up- keep tripping over all these damn tripwires
ReplyDeleteI have already sent in my email expressing my opposition to this idea.
ReplyDeleteI'm already on all "the lists" anyway.

I don't beg men to exercise the rights that God gave me.

ReplyDeleteThe FCC has given itself that Internet "Neutrality" Christmas present.

Merry Christmas, FCC.
I'm thinking ahead to April 15th already. Just another day.
It really is time to just say "no" and let them make the next move.
