  1. The article states this planning began in 2008, that's incorrect. I sat in on a briefing about this in 2000-2001.

This has been planned for a long timke.

  2. Prepare to shelter in place and don't be anywhere near the food riot.

    and shake their bones
    while the politicians
    are throwing stones
    and it's all too clear
    we are on our own.
    ashes, ashes all fall down."

  4. I served in the U.S. Army from the late 70's through the 80's. For part of my service I was an 11B (Infantry). We practiced riot control training then as well. We also trained in jungle fighting, urban warfare and cold weather. This is nothing new. The citizenry needs to be prepared but understand that the Military trains for all contingencies.

  5. If there's starvation going on, don't cook and let others smell you have food. Watch your garbage stream - don't give away too many clues. Don't stand out as a fat man when everyone is starving. It may mean going to the .gov food handout just so you don't stand out.

Otherwise, the officials will steal all the supplies you scrimped and saved for, to spread the wealth.

    Gray man.

In other words, have a plan to get out of the cities. Make for the closest mountains or hilly country.

Just before I joined the National Guard at 18, my unit had been trained to help put down prison riots. The National Guard system has become hopelessly wedded to the federal apparatus since WWI; Guardsmen have been de facto federal troops for nearly a century.

  7. Notice the demonstrators are out in the open....no firearms to be seen. Won't be that way if it sadly comes down to a confrontation with the behemoth.
