I used to re-up just to keep the magazine coming, but even that's no longer worth the constant barrage of begging or the simple association with such "prags."
They've fallen into the same hole that all bureaucracies do, they exist now to simply sustain and grow themselves. Best intentions and even positive results from the beginning eventually succumb to the weight of the institution. "Pournelle's Iron Law of Bureaucracy"
