COF - Part II

The Bad People insist that you fear them.

Refuse.

  1. My greatest fear is that I and my fellow citizens will not rise to the occasion when the situation warrants such action.

A coward dies a thousand deaths; a hero dies but once.

  2. The situation has been created that you may (have) be(en) able to get one decent job and if you risk it by making constructive suggestions "outside the box," they'll replace you with someone more impressionable who'll do it their way without question. Corporate Room 101, a reference to the torture Big Brother knows you fear most, in Orwell's "1984."
Then again, go along, lie low, get laid off anyway when the stockholders complain about salaries vs. dividends. Might as well be yourself and keep some of your pride.
That goes for facing governments too.

  3. Justin, your greatest fears will probably be realised, being there is a distinct lack of guts on the part of most of our fellow "citizens". Our forebears would not have put up with as much as we have already, and the news just gets worse daily. I fully expect the whimper instead of the bang.
