More Fitness Resources

One of the lessons from this weekend's training activities was the need for more physical endurance and conditioning, even for the short scenarios we were running.

Here are some resources you may find useful:

You are doing PT, aren't you?

At least brisk walks in excess of one mile and light weight work 3x/week? Working on increasing your mileage week by week? How about burpees?

If not, think about distributing your gear and other resources now, so that it will go to folks who will use it to fight for freedom, rather than going to the people who are going to kill you and your family in the opening rounds.

It is that simple.
