Here's the problem: he's asking the LAW ABIDING to BREAK THE LAW.
This is not a barrier easily crossed by those who have prided themselves on obeying the lawyers their entire life. Still believing that the goverment is still good but has some bad apples and that it will all sort itself out in the end.
It's the end now and it's definetly sorted out... against us.
You have to get it in your mind and ingrained into habit to BREAK THE LAW. Now, that doesn't mean hurt someone-it means break some bullshit ass law:
Carry concealed.
Smoke a cigarrette inside.
Touch the merchandise.
Lie about yourself.
Make yourself crap something horrible and fluidic in their bathroom. Everywhere but the toilet. On the way out, pilfer something.
You have to build yourself up to actually breaking a window because you are breaking the ingrained-by them-habit of obeying them.

I suspect that the folks in charge of local Democratic Party HQs are not reporting the vandalism to the police in an attempt to keep a lid on this powderkeg. I know for a FACT that more windows have been broken than have been reported.
