i think you should explicitly rule out the libertarian and democratic parties as well -- avoid unintended consequences. however, it should key on obvious themes that even they'll understand when they read this. of course it's mainly for persuading republicans, but you also want Ds and Ls to think "oh, this is related to how the GOP is falling apart. i should show my R buddy about it." to that end: i'm a passerby, and i have no idea what "collaboration" is referring to.
i also think it should stay short and sweet so as to be memorable. a suggestion for the bottom: "register independent, vote independent."
or maybe "vote intelligently" or something similar; i'm just trying to think of words that start with "i".
alternatively, replace that half with any phrase about voting in 2010 with the same or similar cadence as the syllables in "register independent" for the mnemonic value of it. bonus points if you can rhyme "resplendent" in there.
