I call BS on the nukes. What Obama is doing is claiming that modernizing the US nuclear arsenal is somehow a reduction. Bollocks. It will make the world more dangerous.

This has the potential to make the world dramatically less safe because fantasies that the new, improved, nuke arsenal can be used "surgically" will be entertained.
We still have enough nukes to blow up China and Russia. MAD is still effective. Only 12th Imam believers like Ahmadinejoke deny this. Thing is after Israel and the Crusaders(US Corporate Imperialism), most muslims hate the heretics(Iran) next.
