In Mike's latest, the Communist triumphs of April, 1975 are linked with a tale of personal redemption and commitment.
Go read it all, and consider what it means to have the same American collectivists that betrayed our Vietnamese and Cambodian allies back in '75 now in complete control of the White House, the Senate, and the House.
Not to mention all of the Federal apparat.
Excellent, as usual.

It is said a leopard can't change his spots. I wonder about this redemption.... he loved when the communist North Vietnamese took South Vietnam and Cambodia? Presume he loved when American soldiers and marines were ambushed or killed in battle?.. As a Veteran of Vietnam, it's not so easy to listen to an avowed, trained communist tell about how he "saw the light".... a little skeptical about it, or simply suspicious.
ReplyDeleteThe man's book "Absolved" is outstanding writing and he is very talented.... does he do that himself or is there others helping with it? I would buy the book, but I have to give Comrade Vanderboegh a lot of thinking.

ReplyDeleteHe writes it himself.
Re past sins, I used to be a zealous government drug warrior.
Saul of Tarses was a tax collector for Rome.
Lesson: There are few more zealous than a convert.
Grab an oar and start pulling. The people who spit on you when you returned from the RVN now control all three branches of this country's government.
If you don't get busy, you will have lost two wars in your lifetime to the Communists.
Re: Concerned American.
ReplyDeleteI was always a zealous warrior and all my adult life pulled with two oars. I never lost a battle, much less a war. My communist goobermnt was the perp in that deal (note Teddy and Jane are examples and many more in the congress, but Herr Kissinger was also a perp and he is a constructor of the new world order).
What about "Absolved"? Has it been finished? I've been out of contact for the past couple of months.
Have a lot of respect for you and your site.... give a lot of really good stuff. I must say thanks for that and, and the reasoned advice you presented. I never condemn without some verification, but reflections do muddle the conscience at time.
By the way, I don't intend to lose the next battle or the war.
Thanks

Thanks, Ol Vet.
ReplyDeleteWe need you.
Let's roll.
PS: "Absolved" is not yet done. Mike's had some health challenges and is working away. A quick note of appreciation and encouragement would be welcome, I am sure. He can be reached at georgemason1776@aol.com.
