Spartacus: Food As a Means For Control, Anyone?

Spartacus sends with this endorsement:

"As introduced by the wife of a Monsanto executive, I call it 'The Access to Food As A Weapon Bill'."

But I'm sure it will be OK -- the Congress and the President are just trying to help us.

Got gardens?

  1. Did you read the bill?

"Got gardens" will do no good. Your vegetable garden will fall under the Food Safety Act and you won't be allowed to produce your own food unless you spend thousands of dollars on effective pesticides, safe fertilizers, and other "chemical enhancers".

This and Blair Holt (H.R. 45), together would place our nation fully under the direct control of the United Nations for all practical purposes. We would only be sovereign on paper, a paper every court in the land would be forced to ignore.

  2. Wait until the thugs looking for pot patches find lettuce and carrots instead.

  3. Just because the bill would make private gardens illegal doesn't mean that one would not garden.

In fact, with government control of food, personal gardening is essential if you want to live.

  4. Don't forget about NAIS...they want to make it impossible for you to own livestock as well...these tyrants know no limits and really need to be taught some.

You can have my zucchini when you pry it from my cold dead calloused hands!

  5. There are very few people I'd be willing to kill for. Go ahead and fuck with my tomatoes and chickens and see how that changes.
