Mike needs to self-publish if no one will take his book. Have every one pre-pay and order that many books. After Random sees how many are sold, they'll beat M.V's door down with a big check, then he can fund other interesting things.

No way in Heaven. I'm a scribbler. I always was made nervous by the rank assigned to me in the nineties and I despised the "militia generals" of that day. Today, as then, we need more trained NCOs and, at the moment, NO GENERALS.
At this time, we don't have the capability to take debit/credit cards.

As to "hook & loop" backing, we thought that one over, and found that the additional cost (about $1.50 per patch) would make it too costly.
ReplyDeleteYup, the patch is 'old school', but anyone who want's "hook & loop" can always add it on when they get their patches!
Also, depending on interest, we are considering a run in 3 color desert (for you Western US guys!).
I'll second that motion for Velcro backing, I'd even pay a buck more per.
