The AK rifle family is in use in over 60 countries with nearly 100 million rifles produced. Whether you select this rifle as your primary weapon, as we do, or simply that there is a good chance of coming across it in the field, you need this class as a bare minimum.
This class will teach you how to assemble and disassemble the rifle. You will learn how to assemble and disassemble the bolt. Cleaning and maintenance of the rifle via the buttstock tool kit will be discussed as well as Changing furniture, installing folding stocks, handguards, pistol grips, changing sights front and rear, and adding flashiders/muzzle devices. Repair of problems such as straightening front sight base, gas blocks, WASR mag well fixes and Changing trigger group, and Shepard crook replacement.
We will discuss the issue of Optics, Scope mounts, and Rail systems. A very important topic is the Federal Law Compliance Issues which few really understand.
If you do not have a Kalashnikov Rifle we will provide one for you for an additional fee.

In Extreme Kalashnikov Rifle Gunfighting, we introduce you to Rifle Force on Force with our Company Force On Force AK rifles. Force on force revolutionized the world of the CCW pistol and this class will take your rifle CQB fighting skills to new levels. In addition to this, we will deal with a streamlined presentation of how to retain your rifle, or disarm another rifleman in the CQB environment, and how to use the AK as a formidable impact weapon. We will also present the problem of fighting at night with your rifle from the very real prespective of a two-way range.
We begin with a review of basic AK handling skills with a focus on running the weapon by feel rather by looking. We do this by caveman-simple manipulations and a period of extensive reps. Thus the student will be able to operate the rifle in total darkness, as well as in periods of extreme stress. We will show you how to point shoot the AK when you cannot rely on the sights, for quick and close shots in reduced light. We will learn night firing methods for hitting targets and extended distances as well as close range. In the low light segment, you will learn how dangerous it is to misuse a flashlight, and how deadly the commonly taught "lighting methods" actually are to the shooter. We will show you how to use those very mistakes to your benefit as well as identifying muzzle flashes and other tell-tale target indicators.
Duration: 2 Days - Day One 9:00 AM to approximately 9:00 PM (we will take a lunch and a dinner break) - Day Two 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Ammunition: 500 Rounds of Full Metal Jacket Factory Ammo
Requirements: AK Pattern Rifle with at least three magazines and support gear. Please see the FAQ for further info on gear. You will also need a paintball mask, a hooded sweatshirt and gloves are necessary for the force-on-force segment.
