My own version of a 401k was a collection of rental properties which would provide me with many years of income. One of them was taken from me several years ago in an Urban Renewal project and was condemned. I was paid less than I bought it for and I vowed NEVER AGAIN will I allow that to happen. Looks like it is about to happen again. Sounds as iof it is time to consider how to do a work-around using this option.
